  • Just Listed” note sent to my extensive network of realtors
  • Property advertised around the world via Realtor.ca and Royal Lepage website, as well as on social media
  • For sale sign in front of house (condo if permitted)
  • Monitor all showings by agents and request feedback
  • Report to you daily on number of visitors and their comments
  • Host agents and public open house
  • Lead Offers presentation
  • Negotiate with buyers’ agents for best possible price

After the sale:

  • Help you step by step until final closing day and beyond

Fees paid by Sellers at closing:

  • 2,50% (+HST) of Purchase Price to the Brokerage representing the Buyer
  • 2 % to my Brokerage (+HST)
